Hello, As you may already know, in January DreamFactory officially launched our new desktop application for SnapShot and DreamFactory Utilities. The new application provides a native 64 bit desktop application that runs SnapShot and the entire DreamFactory Utilities suite on both Mac and Windows. This new application offers a number of advantages over the existing browser plug-in including significantly increased performance and reliability.

During this launch we have continued to support our browser plugin for access to SnapShot and DreamFactory Utilities while encouraging all of our customers to migrate to the new application so that they can enjoy its performance advantages and future updates. As of May 8th 2015 we will be discontinuing support for the browser plugin. By that date you will need to update all of your SnapShot or DreamFactory Utilities users to the new desktop application.
