FormFactory now enables users to send PDF documents via email directly from their Form.

DreamFactory is pleased to introduce a new capability in our FormFactory Pro edition enabling customers to embed automatic email generation inside of a FormFactory form.  The new email component allows one-click emailing of rich FormFactory documents (quotes, invoices, order forms, etc ) to your customers and prospects, using native force.com data.  Additionally, when you send the email it can attach the form to any specific Salesforce record and create an activity as well.

This has been the most requested feature from our users since Pro’s introduction last month and is a great example of our rapid Customer Driven Innovation (CDI)  practice.  If you would like to recommend a new feature to DreamFactory’s CDI team,  please check out our Suggest Box under the Support menu options.

 To add this functionality to your form, simply add the Email Button Component on to your form from the component list.  Note: Users can access the Email Button component in the Professional and Enterpise versions of FormFactory only.
